Gallery II is dedicated to three accomplished artists who are also members of the renowned arts faculty at Skidmore College, in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Painter David Miller’s work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions and displayed in several museums. It is represented in more than 500 corporate and private collections. In 2001, Miller was honored with a Forty Year Retrospective exhibition at Skidmore’s Tang Museum. In the catalog for that exhibition, noted writer and poet John Yau wrote, “One of the strengths of Miller’s art is his ability to embody complex, often paradoxical feelings within a single work. His paintings don’t yield a single narrative, but many.” |
