In an attempt to create easily accessible forms for all of our artists, we have adapted the contracts into fillable PDFs. Each artist is required to fill out one Annual Contract and an updated W-9 per calendar year. Once the Annual Contract is filled out and on record, artists participating in subsequent shows will then only need to complete the Show Agreement form for each show. All shows require artists to fill out the Show Agreement form and the Artwork Labels form. Please remember to attach the labels to the back of your submitted work.
This year, the galleries in Yester House will be transformed into individually curated exhibitions featuring artists for our Solo Shows. The first installment of solo shows will be on view in May and June, and the second installment will run from late August to early October. If you are interested in applying for a Solo Show, please click on the link below! If you are not a member and would like to join or renew please visit “Join and Give” tab on our website!
Once your application has been approved, please fill out all forms and return via email, regular mail or when you come to install your pieces. Please note that the forms have changed a little bit.
Summer Member Show
Exhibition Dates: July 4, 2020 – August 16, 2020
Opening: July 4, 2020 from 2 – 4 p.m.
Artwork Drop-off: June 21 – June 28, 2020
Artwork Pick-up: August 16 & August 17, 2020
Artists should drop off work at Yester House according to dates below. A selection committee will then select work that will be in the show.

Exhibition Dates: October 10 – November 29, 2020
Opening: October 10, 2020 from 2 – 4 p.m.
Submission Drop off: September 27 – October 4, 2020
All work MUST be submitted by October 4 by 5 p.m.
Any work dropped off after this date, will not be considered.
Juror Selection: October 5, 2020
Pick up for work not selected: October 6 – 9, 2020
Winter Wonderland Member Show
Exhibition Dates: December 7, 2020 – January 3, 2021
Opening Reception: TBD
Artwork Drop-off: November 15 – 29, 2020

Holiday Craft Market
Now accepting applications! SVAC welcomes applications from both established and emerging artists making original work that shows accomplished artistry and design, and quality craftsmanship. Accepted media categories include baskets, ceramics, decorative fiber, wearable fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper, and wood.
Artisans who are interested in applying for the Holiday Market, please submit applications by October 1, 2020.
Dates: December 5 – 6, 2020 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday Evening Preview Party: December 4, 2020 from 5 – 7 p.m.
