Registration is open!
Southern Vermont Arts Center is proud to be a Winter Program (JISP) provider in partnership with the schools around us. SVAC is offering a choice of acting, mixed media or woodshop class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Calendar
For alignment across snow sports and other programs, SVAC will begin classes the first week of January, skip two weeks in February, and end the first week of March. Each group will meet seven times this year.
When does my child have JISP?

January 5 – March 2 (skips Feb 16 & 23)
Thursdays: Equinox Valley, Mettawee, Taconic
January 7–March 4 (skips February 18 & 25)
Program cost and scholarship funds
For students in the BRSU, tuition is $150. (BRSU schools help cover costs for these students.) Scholarships are available.
For financial assistance, please click the register button as usual and follow the prompts for scholarship options.
All students in grades K – 8 are welcome!
Students in the BRSU ride school buses to and from SVAC with their teachers.
Winter Weather
Please note that SVAC follows the BRSU’s decisions about closing for road conditions. If school is closed, there is no class at SVAC. However, it is possible that Bromley Mountain will close, and SVAC will remain open. Please call school or SVAC for up-to-date information.
