Acting Studio: Scenes and Stage Confidence (six-week class)

Ages 9-14

A supportive acting studio for students who want to build confidence and craft. We’ll build skills in voice and projection, physical storytelling, objectives/tactics, and partner work. Students will rehearse short scenes and share their work in a low-pressure final studio showing.

Tripp Pettigrew is a theatre director, educator, and former professional actor who believes deeply in the power of storytelling, collaboration, and a well-run rehearsal room. After performing in regional theatres and national tours across the country, he transitioned into arts leadership and eventually education, where he found his true home. Tripp currently teaches and directs at Long Trail School, working with students from middle school through the IB Diploma Programme. He is passionate about creating bold, joyful theatre experiences that challenge students while keeping the process human, inclusive, and fun.
