Annual Member Exhibitions
Artists with active SVAC memberships are invited to submit recent work to our annual member exhibition.
- Up to 3 small-medium sized pieces of art, OR
- Up to 2 large pieces, OR
- 1 extra-large piece.
If your artwork has a dimension of 30” (width or height) or more, it is considered large-scale. If your artwork has a dimension of 50” (width or height) or more, it is considered extra-large.
SVAC guarantees placement of 1 piece per artist in the exhibition.
To submit, bring your pieces to SVAC during the designated drop off period and complete the paperwork by the deadlines indicated below. We can also accept artwork by mail; you are responsible for the postage to/from SVAC.
Artwork should be original and made in the last few years. 2D works should be professionally framed and wired for hanging. All artwork must be for sale unless approved otherwise by Alison Crites, Manager of Exhibitions & Interpretive Engagement.
Spring 2023 All Member Exhibition
Exhibition Dates: Saturday, May 13–Sunday, July 16
Opening reception: Saturday, May 13 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Artwork drop off: Tuesday, May 2–Sunday, May 7 (10 a.m.–5 p.m.)
Artwork Pick-up: Sunday, July 16 and Monday, July 17 from 10 a.m.–5 p.m.*
*Please note, due to space limitations, we are unable to store your artwork past July 17.

1. Click on the link to the fillable form
2. Type directly into the form noting that all the fields are required to be complete before submitting.
3. Click the “Submit” button.
Instructions for filling out the Artwork Labels form:
1. Click on the link and print at home.
4. Attach labels to your artwork before submission.
