Join us on a journey of discovery and appreciation for the art of glassmaking.

The Vermont Glass Guild was founded in 2010 with the aim of uniting glassworkers residing and/or working in Vermont. Our primary objective is to foster open communication among glass artists, providing support in various aspects of the field such as sourcing supplies and equipment repairs as well as sharing valuable information. This collaborative environment serves as a crucial resource for professionals in the industry.

Throughout the year, the guild organizes a range of events to bring members together, including themed shows for participation and live collaborative demonstrations to attend. We embrace all methods of glassworking, including hot (furnace-worked), lamp (torch-worked), warm (fused/slumped), and cold (stained glass) techniques.

To facilitate engagement with our community, we have developed a Studio/Gallery map to guide visitors to our studios. We encourage individuals to reach out to us directly or explore our website and Facebook page to learn more about the vibrant history and ongoing artistry of glass in the beautiful state of Vermont.

Opening Day Event: Special Screening of Flower & Flame Saturday, June 8 • 1 p.m. in the Arkell Pavilion. This film is free for all but registration is requested. Register here.
