Experience the mesmerizing transformation from “Sand to Splendor” presented by the Vermont Glass Guild (VGG). Immerse yourself in the artistry and beauty of glass as talented artists from the VGG unveil their masterpieces, celebrating the natural elements and intricate processes involved in crafting this exquisite medium. Join us on a journey of discovery and appreciation for the art of glassmaking.

Pastel Panorama: Journeys with a Medium
2024 Members’ Exhibition of the Vermont Pastel Society
Opening Reception: Saturday, June 8 • 2–4 p.m. at the Wilson Museum

This exhibition highlights the wide-ranging versatility of the pastel medium. Members of the Vermont Pastel Society were encouraged to “take a journey”—to move beyond their comfort zone and try something new by experimenting with mixed media, new subject matter, mark-making, and more.

Vermont Pastel Society is a statewide organization supporting pastel artists through group exhibitions, workshops, and regional hub activities, as well as educating the public about the pastel medium.
