Time: 9 – 10 a.m.
Cost: SVAC Member: $18; Non-member: $20
Join Alexandra for a guided journey through a series of yoga postures that help to increase flexibility, strength, balance and focus. Aerial yoga uses hammock-like swings for support, enabling participants to stretch and move in new ways–even inverted. Seeing the world upside down can be restorative, relaxing and refreshing. Spend some time swaying in the cedars! Hanging around in a hammock sounds pretty nice. Add a backdrop of art installations and Mount Equinox….
This experience is for teens and adults. Saturday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. Rain date is the following Sunday. If the weather is lousy all weekend, participants have the option to receive a refund or to apply fees to a future class.
We have 6 swings. If you have your own, please let us know (email Erin ekaufman@svac.org or call 802-367-1306) and bring it with you. Please wear comfortable but not too baggy clothing. If you have a yoga mat, bring that as well. We have some available to borrow. Space is limited, and pre-registration is necessary. Please note that, to mitigate covid-19 risk, we will place swings more than six feet apart and will wash swings and clean yoga mats after every use.
SVAC members: $18, non-members: $20
