During our time together, students will have the chance to experience a variety of musical activities in an environment inclusive to all. Focus will be on multicultural music appreciation, storytelling, and musical creation. Within this tight-knit artistic community, children will have the opportunity to explore ways to harness their own musical creativity and work with others to experience music together. I look forward to meeting all of you for a summer of musical fun!

Anna Freebern is a proud music education major at Ithaca College with a focus on instrumental ensembles and general music education. She has spent the past four years working with children ages 3-17 on finding the ways music holds meaning in their lives, as well as the lives of others across the globe. Outside of music, she loves hiking, swimming, kayaking, skiing, crafts, and playing games. A proud Vermonter, she loves spending as much time outdoors as she can.
