History from the Archives of the Southern Vermont Arts Center – CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS & VOLUNTEER TRAINING
Sunday, September 26, 2021
12 – 3 p.m.
Elizabeth de C. Wilson Museum at SVAC

We are looking for people interested in helping organize SVAC’s archives. Working in teams, the volunteers will help repack archive material into appropriate storage containers, inventory items onto a finding aid, and photograph or scan the material. If they so choose, volunteers will also be encouraged to research and write about items in the archive or develop programming that shares the history of SVAC. Volunteers will learn the basics of archiving and have an opportunity to work first-hand with SVAC’s history. The time commitment is 2-4 hours per month.

On Sunday, September 26th, 2021 from Noon to 3PM, Ric Kasini Kadour and Eve Ogden Schaub will lead a volunteer training for those interested in helping to organize SVAC’s archive. If you are interested in lending a hand in this effort, send an EMAIL
